Introduction
KWX ("we," "us," or "our") built Dashing Doodle as a mobile game. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our app. This policy applies to all users, including children under the age of 13.
We take children's privacy seriously. Dashing Doodle is designed to be enjoyed by players of all ages, including children, and we comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") and Google Play's Families Policy.

Dashing Doodle does not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:
- Names, email addresses, or contact information
- Photos, videos, or audio
- Location data (GPS or otherwise)
- Phone numbers or device identifiers tied to personal identity
- Chat messages or user-generated content
- Account credentials or login information
- Social media information
Dashing Doodle does not require an account, registration, or login to play.
Anonymous Gameplay Analytics
Dashing Doodle uses Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous, non-identifiable gameplay statistics to help us improve the game. This includes:
- Distance traveled per run
- In-game currency (bones) collected per session
- Dog breed selected
- Game stage reached
- Power-ups collected
- Items purchased in the in-game store
This data is fully anonymous and aggregate. It does not include names, email addresses, device identifiers tied to personal identity, or any information that could identify an individual player. Firebase operates in child-directed mode, which disables advertising identifiers and limits data collection in compliance with COPPA.

Information Stored Locally on Your Device
Dashing Doodle saves the following gameplay data locally on your device only. This data is never transmitted to us or any third party:
- High score
- Total bones (in-game currency) earned
- Unlocked dog breeds
- Game settings and preferences
This data is stored in a local save file on your device and can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing app data.
Advertising
Dashing Doodle displays ads through Google AdMob. For users identified as children under 13, or when the app is running in child-directed mode:
- Ads are served using Google's child-directed treatment, which disables personalized/behavioral advertising
- Only contextual (non-personalized) ads are shown
- No advertising identifier is used for ad targeting or profiling
- No persistent identifiers are shared for the purpose of building user profiles

In-App Purchases
Dashing Doodle offers optional in-app purchases (cosmetic items and in-game currency) through the Google Play Store. All purchase transactions are handled entirely by Google Play. We do not collect or store any payment information. In-app purchases can be restricted through your device's parental controls.
How We Use Information
Since we do not collect personal information, we do not use personal information for any purpose. Local gameplay data is used solely to save your progress on your device.
Data Sharing
We do not share, sell, trade, or transfer any personal information to third parties because we do not collect any.
The third-party services integrated into Dashing Doodle are:
- Google AdMob for advertising — operates under child-directed treatment as described above
- Google Firebase Analytics for anonymous gameplay statistics — operates in child-directed mode with no personal identifiers
No personal information is shared with either service.
Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
Dashing Doodle is designed to be safe for children of all ages. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA):
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or any user)
- We do not require any personal information to use the app
- Ads shown to children are non-personalized (contextual only, no behavioral targeting)
- Analytics are anonymous and aggregate only — no personal identifiers are collected from children or any user
- In-app purchases are handled by Google Play and can be restricted via parental controls
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has somehow provided personal information through our app, please contact us at the email address below. We will promptly investigate and delete any such information.
Parental Controls
We encourage parents and guardians to:
- Use your device's built-in parental controls to manage in-app purchases
- Supervise your child's use of mobile apps
- Contact us with any questions or concerns about this policy
Data Retention
We do not retain any personal data because we do not collect any. Local save data remains on your device until you uninstall the app or clear its data.
Data Security
Since Dashing Doodle does not collect or transmit personal data, there is no personal data at risk of breach. Local save data on your device is protected by your device's own security measures.
